The Art of No Beliefs, Tinted Views, and Conscious Colors.
Your beliefs are not who or what you are, they are a means of expression and a lens through which you perceive the world. They color everything you perceive with the unique tint of your being / consciousness / intention.
Most beliefs carry both positive and negative aspects. Becoming aware of these charged / polarized beliefs allows you to see how they are serving you such that you can make changes or release them if necessary. It is important to understand both the gifts you receive and the price you pay in your choice of beliefs. For example, beliefs that indicate your superiority may make you feel better about yourself, yet simultaneously create judgment and separation from others.
Beliefs are a choice, and you have the power to release them or replace them with new ones, creating a new journey and map of meaning with which you navigate life. This is freedom from absolute truth and allows you to explore different perspectives and territories of thought, without being bound by societal norms.
The power of our beliefs is revealed through the idea of having no beliefs.
The idea of having no beliefs allows you to stand outside your current beliefs and encompass them, giving you the freedom to try on different perspectives like spectacles or wear none at all. It is hard to imagine the absence of belief, so instead, imagine a single belief … the belief that “nothing matters” as it suggests that there is no absolute truth, but rather existence, beingness, and individual experiences that can be explored freely with or without beliefs.
In the past, it was common to incarnate for an entire lifetime to explore a specific set of beliefs, but now, you have the freedom to live many lives within one life and to change and transform your beliefs as you see fit. Reflect on your spiritual beliefs. After acknowledging how you have evolved over time, consider whether your beliefs still resonate or if they have become outdated. The process of moving through different beliefs is a part of healing and growth.
Unleash the freedom of recognizing beliefs as choices, not absolute truths.
Changing or releasing beliefs allows for new perspectives and ways of being. Shift your focus from constantly working on beliefs and healing wounds to enjoying the parts of yourself that are already free, allowing the rest to heal naturally through your state of joy, flow and freedom. The invitation is to play with your beliefs, enjoy them as companions, but do not be defined by them.
Embracing the freedom of “no beliefs” and living in the present moment is the path to true joy and spiritual liberation.
