Why is Reality/Consciousness like a Donut?

The most technical course I ever delivered didn’t have a title when it began, but ended up being called “Reality Is A Donut.” While I chuckled at the title, it remains my least listened-to recording, and I think that’s probably because of the title! And perhaps, also, the lack of explanation for said title.
As some of you may be aware, one of my recent projects has been using AI to create podcasts based on my work. It uses an AI language model that I have so far fed with 3.5 million words, including all my books, articles, and an ever-increasing repository of transcripts of my spoken messages.
So, I thought it would be fun to ask my new AI librarian to summarize why reality is like a donut based on not only the complete transcript of the “Reality Is A Donut” course but the entire library of my work so far. The course is available in my subscription recording library.
