Your judgments are messages of your unresolved pain — all judgments are of the self.

Transform your judgments into freedom and love.

“I choose to know my judgments as being of myself and not of others.”

You choose what you believe. This can be done with or without conscious awareness. To do it unconsciously is to act from your existing beliefs through which you avoid — separate yourself from — anything that causes you pain. This leads to wounds becoming entrenched as beliefs in limitation. However, if you form your beliefs with conscious awareness — according to your heart and not mental logic — then you will be drawing from the infinite state of wisdom within you.

Only you have the power to act from the consciousness of your heart and not from the unconsciousness inherent in your fear, hurt, and wounds.

With the realization of your power over your beliefs comes understanding the redundancy of judgment. To judge another through the projection of a painful feeling is to repeatedly experience the pain the judgment represents across the entire experience of life.

We each live within the feeling of our judgment.

To judge another is to seek to externalize your pain through the illusion it is being carried by someone else. This is not something to reprimand yourself for; it is the way of the reality in which we have chosen to exist.

Beyond judgment is love.

  • Judge, and you will live in a reality of beings from whom you feel separate.
  • Love, and you will live in a reality of beings you feel close to.
  • To love yourself is to cease to judge yourself.
  • To stop judging yourself is to see yourself, the world, and their connection in clarity.

You cannot control whether or not you feel judgment. What you choose to do with that judgment is the creative choice that steers your life. Use it to know yourself more clearly, and you will move into ever-expanding freedom. Deny your part in it, and you will fall further into the maze of living within a reality bounded by externalized pain.

When you judge other people, you become surrounded by those very people (until you acknowledge the pain they represent lies within you). This is not ‘the universe’ punishing you — it is your reality loving you. It is your spirit creating the potential for you to end your suffering by showing you the pain you are carrying.

Instead of feeling guilty for any feelings of judgment you may have, use them to free yourself.

Your judgments are messages of your unresolved pain.

CLARIFICATIONS & REFLECTIONS

Although you are the only one who chooses what you believe, this does not mean you necessarily know the unconscious beliefs from which you create. Everything you experience is a mass of information being integrated into your belief system. This happens predominantly through a cumulative translation of feelings into beliefs but also through mental ideas you choose to adopt directly as your personal truth.

Reality is a mirror, and its response to all beliefs is the same.

With the impartiality of a mirror, it simply says, “This is what is.” Doing this reflects what we believe in. We have created this reality to be our constant teacher in how it shows us what we believe through the experience of self that results from those beliefs.

Your body, the human species, and the planet Earth are not objective things that are separate from you. They are best understood as ideas because, experientially, they are what you believe them to be. They are ideas that arise from your beliefs and, in human form, you live in relation to them. If you alter what you believe yourself, the planet, or humanity to be, you will alter the reality you are living within.

This is how creation through belief works.

In realizing that your negative thoughts are all reflections of your pain, you will reframe your own judgments as not being hateful of others but as being hateful of yourself. What may have initially felt like personal shame around your judgmental thoughts will then be seen as a form of grief because of your acknowledgment of the hurt and anger within you — pain that is connected to past events you have not fully come to terms with. You will then work directly on these unresolved wounds/events/relationships rather than on their manifestation as anger, righteousness, and judgment.

Recognize your negative thoughts as a further opportunity to clear yourself of any remaining emotional wounding you are carrying. In doing this, your experience with them will no longer be negative.
